FAQ

How long have you been in business?

Rite Reno has been proudly serving Toronto and the GTA since 2014, while helping hundreds of customers who continue to use our services and give us referrals.

How We Hire and Evaluate Our Skilled Tradespeople?

At Rite Reno, we understand the importance of having exceptional professionals in various skilled trades. Whether it’s carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, or any other trade, we follow a meticulous selection process to ensure we have top-notch experts.
Our hiring approach is characterized by its selectivity, particularly when it comes to our crew leaders. Many of our tradespeople, including our crew leaders, have been part of our team for several years. We take pride in the fact that all our crew leaders are qualified professionals with a minimum of 5 plus years of experience in their respective trades.
But our commitment doesn’t end with hiring. We maintain an ongoing assessment system to ensure that our skilled tradespeople consistently meet the high standards we’ve set. This includes conducting regular performance reviews, collecting valuable customer feedback, and closely monitoring project outcomes.
Our dedication to excellence in every trade we offer provides our customers with the assurance that they are receiving the best service possible. Your satisfaction and confidence in our skilled tradespeople are of the utmost importance to us.

What type of guarantee do you offer?

Our warranties range from the type of the project, the end users expectation and the existing surface area condition. Our goal is to maintain quality on all of our projects, while ensuring that the work is completed correctly. We strive to create “customers for life,” so the fact is, you can call us any time after your project has been completed!

Are you bonded and insured?

Absolutely! We make certain we protect our customers by carrying the appropriate coverages for liability insurance and workers compensation. Note: Be aware that if a company does not carry liability insurance and workers’ compensation, you are at risk of having to cover the expense of damages if something were to happen or a lawsuit if someone were to get hurt on your property. We recommend using a company with liability insurance and worker’s compensation, even if it isn’t us!

Can you provide references?

We encourage you to reach out to any of our past customers, which we can provide their contact info upon request. We leave a project portfolio for you to view while we complete your project proposal on-site the day of the estimate too. Please refer to Google and Homestars.com for our online reviews that you can view from our many satisfied customers.

When do you take payment?

We ask for a 50% down payment to buy materials and solidify your spot in our schedule. The remaining 50% is not due until after the job is completed and you are completely satisfied! Payments can be made by credit card, cheque, cash or Interac e – transfer.
