FAQ

How Long Have We Been in Business?
Rite Reno has been in business for 10 years, proudly serving Toronto and the GTA since 2014. We have built lasting relationships with our clients, many of whom continue to use our services and refer us to others. Additionally, we have expanded our services to include South Florida, bringing our expertise to a broader clientele.
How We Hire and Evaluate Our Skilled Tradespeople?
At Rite Reno, we understand the importance of having exceptional professionals across various skilled trades. Whether it’s carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, or any other trade, we follow a meticulous selection process to ensure we have top-notch experts.

Our hiring approach is characterized by its selectivity, particularly when it comes to our sub trades. Many of our tradespeople, including our subcontractors and designers, have been part of our team for several years. We take pride in the fact that all our sub trades are qualified professionals with a minimum of 5-plus years of experience in their respective fields.

But our commitment doesn’t end with hiring. We maintain an ongoing assessment system to ensure that our skilled tradespeople consistently meet the high standards we’ve set. This includes conducting regular performance reviews, collecting valuable customer feedback, and closely monitoring project outcomes.

Our dedication to excellence in every trade we offer provides our customers with the assurance that they are receiving the best service possible. Your satisfaction and confidence in our skilled tradespeople are of the utmost importance to us.

What type of guarantee do you offer?

Our warranties range from the type of the project, the end users expectation and the existing surface area condition. Our goal is to maintain quality on all of our projects, while ensuring that the work is completed correctly. We strive to create “customers for life,” so the fact is, you can call us any time after your project has been completed!

Are you bonded and insured?

Absolutely! We make certain we protect our customers by carrying the appropriate coverages for liability insurance and workers compensation. Note: Be aware that if a company does not carry liability insurance and workers’ compensation, you are at risk of having to cover the expense of damages if something were to happen or a lawsuit if someone were to get hurt on your property. We recommend using a company with liability insurance and worker’s compensation, even if it isn’t us!

Can You Provide References?
We are happy to provide references from our past customers upon request. During your onsite consultation, we will leave a project portfolio for you to review. Additionally, we encourage you to check our reviews on Google and Homestars.com, where many satisfied customers have shared their experiences with Rite Reno.
When do you take payment?
To secure your spot in our schedule, we require a 50% deposit payment. The remaining balance will be structured through progress payments, with the final amount due upon project completion and your complete satisfaction. We offer flexible payment options, including credit card, cheque, cash, Interac e-transfer, and financing.
